COACHING SESSIONS

Following a 20 minute free discovery call with me, if we both decide to go ahead with therapy sessions, these are as follows:

I offer 90 minutes and 60 minutes high quality life coaching sessions. Sessions are currently online only.

The first session will be 90 minutes, to be able to fully understand your needs. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes.

Costs for the sessions are $200 for 90 minutes sessions, and $150 for 60 minutes sessions.

Please note that all prices in this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and all times are in New Zealand local time. Clients overseas will need to estimate their local time when booking.

"Finding Your True Purpose” 4 session package

“Finding Your True Purpose” is a 4-week session package to discover your true desires and work around the barriers you have towards fulfilling your dreams. The package will be tailored to your own specific needs, and it’s usually divided into the following four steps:

Day 1: Self-Discovery

This day, we will explore what your true desire is and set up your goal for the next three sessions.

Day 2: Unfolding Limiting Beliefs

On day two, we will work on what you need more of to fulfil your dream goal, and set up exercises to do at home at your own pace. These exercises are designed to set up your mindset to believe your dreams can become true, and to work on your first steps towards self-fulfilment.

Day 3: Breaking down your barriers

On day three, we will look in the eyes of your saboteur, the one who is telling you you can’t, you are not able to, you are not “good enough”. We will discover the true reason the saboteur has taken control of you, and we will release its power. We will use phrases and exercises to say farewell to the saboteur for good.

Day 4: Meet your Queen/King

On the last day, you will meet your Queen or King, the one that doesn’t sabotage your dreams, the one that is fully committed to fulfilling your life purpose and won’t make excuses. You will learn how to keep her/him close and to ask for advice, and we will ensure she/he will be there from now on to guide you in your life decisions.

By the end of the "Finding your True Purpose" 4 week programme, you will:

  • Have more clarity about your true purpose and your next steps
  • Understand why in the past your attempts to fulfil your purpose have not been successful
  • Learn what your limiting beliefs are and how to avoid them keeping you from fulfilling your life purpose
  • Look into the eyes of your saboteur, understand her/his deep reasons to keep you under control, and release your saboteur for good
  • Meet your Queen/King, the one who is fully committed to fulfil your life meaning
  • Learn how to keep a close communication with your Queen/King, and seek for her/his advice
  • Have with you a set of tools and exercises to keep working at your own pace
  • Feel strong in your purpose, and in the position to move in life with self-confidence and self-love

  • 3 x 60min follow-up sessions where we will dig deep into it

"Recovering Long-Forgotten Dreams” 4 session package

“Recovering Long-Forgotten Dreams” is a 4-week session package to reconnect with long-forgotten dreams or projects that you might have left aside in your life and are now missing and willing to go back to. This programme will help you reconnect with your past dreams and make a plan to reincorporate them in your life.

The package will be tailored to your own specific needs, and it’s usually divided into the following four steps:

Day 1: Reconnecting to your Dreams

On the first day, we will explore your past dreams and desires, the things that used to give you joy as a child and that you are missing, or things that you’ve always wanted to do or incorporate in your life. Then, we will set up your goal for the next three sessions.

Day 2: Unfolding Limiting Beliefs

On day two, we will work on what you need more of to fulfil your dream goal, and set up exercises to do at home at your own pace. These exercises are designed to set up your mindset to believe you can recover the things that gave you joy in the past, and to work on your first steps towards bringing them back to your life.

Day 3: Breaking down your barriers

On day three, we will look in the eyes of your saboteur, the one who is telling you you can’t recover what you were looking for, the one telling you you don’t have enough time, motivation, money or skills to do or incorporate in your life what used to bring you joy, or what you have always wanted in your life. We will look into the “not good enough” limitations. We will discover the true reason the saboteur has taken control of you, and we will release its power. We will use phrases and exercises to say farewell to the saboteur for good.

Day 4: Meet your Joyful You

On the last day, you will meet your Joyful You, the one who believes you can include long-forgotten dreams and desires into your life, and we will talk about how to take the first steps towards incorporating your past dreams into your present life. We will also talk about how to keep the momentum and make yourself accountable for your success, making sure you keep moving towards having your past dream as part of your present life.

By the end of the 4 week “Recovering Long-Forgotten Dreams” programme, you will:

  • Have more clarity about what were your forgotten dreams or the things you always wanted in your life
  • Understand why in the past your attempts to recover your past dreams have not been successful
  • Learn what your limiting beliefs are and how to avoid them keeping you from reconnecting with your past dreams or desires
  • Look into the eyes of your saboteur, understand her/his deep reasons to keep you under control, and release your saboteur for good
  • Meet your Joyful You, the one who is fully committed to live a fulfilling life where dreams and joy are part of it
  • Have clarity about the next steps to ensure you keep the momentum and you keep moving towards having your dreams as part of your life
  • Have with you a set of tools and exercises to keep working at your own pace
  • Feel strong in your purpose, and in the position to move in life with self-confidence and self-love, making sure you include joy in your life by having your dreams be a reality and stay by your side from now on

Payments and cancelation policy

Sessions will be paid after the session.
Following each session, an invoice will be sent to you, payable withing a few days.

Cancellations happen. However, short notice means I won’t be able to fill in the space for someone else. My cancellation policy is as follows:

Sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the session. Cancellations within 24hrs of the sessions time will be charged 50% of the session fee.

All packages and online courses will be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

"Recovering You” 6-session comprehensive package

“Recovering You” is a comprehensive 6-session package, aimed at working in depth into your needs. We will work together on your target aim and make sure at the end of the programme you are able to keep the momentum and work on your goal on your own. This programme will provide you with the tools, mindset and techniques to ensure your goal is being fulfilled in your life.

This is a comprehensive package where we will explore your needs in depth. It consists of 6x 90min sessions. Sessions are recommended to be weekly fortnightly, to keep the flow going.

The package will be tailored to your own specific needs, and it’s usually divided into the following six steps:

Day 1: Your Goal

On the first day, we will explore your goals, the things that are missing in your life, we will rank them and set up your goal for the next five sessions. We will explore mindset techniques to make sure you belief you can fulfil your Dream Goal.

Day 2: Your Values

On day two, we will look at your values, exploring what is important for you and why. We will have your goal in mind and make sure it aligns with your values.

Day 3: Unfolding Limiting Beliefs

On day three, we will work on what you need more of to fulfil your dream goal, and set up exercises to do at home at your own pace. These exercises are designed to set up your mindset to believe you can recover the things that gave you joy in the past, and to work on your first steps towards bringing them back to your life.

Days 4 and 5: Action Steps

On sessions four and five, we will explore in depth what you need to fulfil your goal, what is on the way and what can be done in the short, medium and long term. We will work together to set up your action points into manageable steps and start working on them, to make sure you make progress and feel empowered. We will explore ways to ensure you are walking towards your Dream Goal.

Day 6: Recovering You

On the last session, you will meet your Joyful You, the one who believes you can include your Dream Goal in your life, and we will talk about how to continue taking steps towards incorporating your Goal into your present life. We will also talk about how to keep the momentum and make yourself accountable for your success, making sure you keep moving towards having your Goal as part of your present life.

By the end of the 6-session week “Recovering You” programme, you will:

  • Have more clarity about who you are and what you want in Life
  • Learn what your limiting beliefs are and how to avoid them keeping you from fulfilling your Dream Goal
  • Feel empowered that you are now able to walk on your own towards incorporating your Dream Goal in your Life, and having the tools and techniques you need to be successful.
  • Have clarity about the next steps to ensure you keep the momentum and you keep moving towards having your Dream Goal as part of your life
  • Feel strong in your purpose, and in the position to move in life with self-confidence and self-love, making sure you include joy in your life by having your Dream Goals by your side from now on

  • 6 x 90min comprehensive sessions (weekly or fortnightly) to work on your Dream Goal
